Konrad Zuse

Konrad Zuse was a German civil engineer and computer scientist who was one of the pioneers of modern computer programming. He is popularly known as the inventor of the first programmable computer, the Z4, which was built in 1941. Born on June 22, 1910, in Berlin, Germany, Zuse was raised in a family of artists.
