Pamela Frank

Pamela Frank is hailed as one of the most acclaimed violinists in the world, known for her wide repertoire and stunning performances that have captivated audiences around the globe for decades. Born in New York City on June 29, 1967, she was raised by her parents, world-renowned pianist Claude Frank and violinist Lilian Kallir.

From a young age, Pamela showed a great affinity for music and began taking violin lessons at the age of five. She continued her music education at the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia, where she studied under legendary violinist Jascha Brodsky. After completing her studies, she further honed her craft under the tutelage of renowned violin teacher and performer, Shirley Givens, who taught her using her self-named method.

Pamela's talent and dedication to music paid off when she performed for the first time with the New York String Orchestra at Carnegie Hall at the young age of 18. From there on, she went on to work with some of the most renowned orchestras in the world, including the New York Philharmonic, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, and the San Francisco Symphony.
