Wagner Moura

Wagner Moura is a Brazilian movie actor, born on June 27, 1976, in Rodelas, Bahia, Brazil. He is best known for his appearance in Elite Squad and its sequel, Elite Squad: The Enemy Within, and for playing the iconic role of Pablo Escobar in the Netflix series Narcos.

Moura studied at the Federal University of Bahia, where he earned a degree in journalism. He also wrote and sang for the band Sua Mãe, before ultimately pursuing an acting career.
